He learned where the money hides, and why it keeps hiding, in the motor trade, in dealership sales and aftersales and in senior roles with Opel and GM, and has applied the same discipline to owner-managed businesses ever since. Owners rarely have a knowledge problem. They have a doing problem, and usually an owner problem behind that. Ray works on both.
