Your business has hidden profit. I find it, fix it, and help you scale it. The method works whether you run a start-up, a growing SME or a large operation.
Every leak I have ever found had an owner standing behind it, so I work on the business and the owner at the same time.

HOW IT WORKS
1
Two hours, no charge. I run the Profit Simulator and the Website Health Check with you and show you exactly where the money is hiding. You leave with a prioritised action plan. Most owners take it away and get on with it, and that is a good outcome. We stay in touch, and the door stays open.
Schedule Your Call2
The Health Check tells us what the business is doing. This tells us why. Ninety minutes, one to one, on how you actually run the place. You leave with one page in your own words and one thing that changes on Monday.
Read about the Owner Conversation3
Work with me. You run the business, I run the plan. We meet every fortnight, I hold the priorities, chase the actions and keep the plan honest, and the fee is set for a business of one to ten people, not a boardroom. Or work alongside me. I come into the business for the days you need and build it with you, from a day a month in a small firm to a few days a week in a larger one. That is what a Fractional COO is, and for the record, nobody involved wears a suit.
See both ways of workingBook a no-cost 2-hour session. I'll run both diagnostics with you, explain everything, and give you a prioritised action plan. No charge. No obligation. It is also the easiest way to see whether ongoing Fractional COO support would suit your business.

THE EXECUTIVE MECHANIC
Fractional COO & Profit Strategist
Whatever size your business is, the leaks are the same. A start-up building its first systems. A one-person operation whose owner is in every decision. A growing firm whose margins will not follow its turnover. A large operation that needs senior capacity for one project without another salary. I have worked inside all of them, and the money hides in the same places every time: pricing that has not moved, follow-up that stops one call short, customers who left quietly, and an owner too deep in the day to see it. I work as a business consultant and Fractional COO with owners across Ireland, and every engagement starts with two free hours.
I learned to find it in the motor trade, where every month is measured and the numbers are unforgiving, and I have spent the years since applying the same discipline to businesses across Ireland. I work inside your business as a Fractional or Virtual COO, across sales, lead generation, customer experience, process and training, and I work with you at the same time, because I have never once seen a business get fixed without its owner.

WORKING WITH ME
Picture your business six months from now. Not a vague promise, the actual day-to-day difference. Whether I am running the plan with you or working inside the business alongside you, this is what changes.
Sales, operations and follow-up run on repeatable systems instead of memory and firefighting.
The way things get done is written down in playbooks, so quality does not depend on any one person.
Your people know what good looks like, how to deliver it, and who is accountable for what.
You spend your time on decisions that grow the business, not chasing the day-to-day.
Most of the businesses I work with are one owner and a handful of people, and several are one owner and nobody. There is no suit, I do not own one, no team of consultants and no six-figure fee. Working with me is priced for a business of one to ten people and aimed squarely at profit the business is already leaking, so the gains found should cover it and then some.
Working alongside me is for when there is a team to build and days of work to do, and even then it is the days you need, not a salary. A full-time COO is a six-figure job; fractional means the same senior hands for a day a week or a few days a month.
Start-ups: build the systems right the first time, before bad habits set in.
Micro and small businesses: get the owner out of every decision so the business can run without you.
Medium businesses: tighten margins, train managers, and prepare the operation to scale.
Larger operations: senior capacity for specific projects, without adding permanent headcount.
A free 2-hour session. No commitment, just a clear picture of what support would suit your business.
TRAINING
They fail because they are not doing what they already know, every day. Incrementum runs two training programmes built the same way: Selling the Incrementum Way for the people who sell, and Serving the Incrementum Way for the people who look after customers. Principles, not scripts. One day a fortnight with a page of workbook a day in between. Measured before, after and at the end of the following quarter.
FOR ACCOUNTANTS & FINANCIAL ADVISORS
You see the numbers. I fix the operations behind them. Working as joint venture partners, we can grow the value of your clients' businesses and give you a stronger story to tell them.
Documented systems, trained teams and steady margins make a business worth more when the owner eventually sells or steps back.
Stronger profits give your clients more to invest in pensions, assets and savings. That planning work stays with you.
I work on the operations side, you remain the trusted advisor. Your client gets a better outcome and credits you for it.

OPERATIONAL BRIEFINGS
Sales speeches create a burst of energy. Strong managers build confidence through practice and repetition.
A monthly sales target tells you where you finished. It does not tell you what to fix today. A useful control board separates activity, conversion, value and pipeline movement.
Promoting the best salesperson does not automatically create a sales manager. The first 30 days should build understanding, standards and a repeatable management rhythm.
The first phone call is often the customer's first real experience of your operation. A weak greeting or broken callback promise can waste the marketing that created it.
A one-star review shows how quickly your business listens, takes responsibility and fixes the cause.
Customers can tolerate delays far better than uncertainty. When updates stop, confidence falls and ordinary jobs begin to feel like problems.
Every owner I meet can tell me exactly what is wrong with their business. The list is accurate, detailed and honest. So why has nothing moved? Because the barrier is rarely in the plan. It is in the person.
80% of sales require 5 to 12 contacts. Yet 92% of salespeople give up after the fourth attempt. Most of your competitors are stopping exactly one step away from the finish line.
Why can Nike sell a pair of Air Jordan sneakers for €150 while Target sells an excellent imitation for €40? Nike wins because they have a Market Dominating Position. They are not selling shoes—they are selling "Athletic Status."
At any given moment, only 1% of your market is a "Now Buyer." Most business owners design their entire marketing strategy for the 1%. This effectively tells the other 99% to go away.
Marketing is not Art. Marketing is Math. It is not about being "Creative." It is about being Scientific. The reason most marketing fails is that it ignores the fundamental wiring of the human brain.
I recently watched a business owner stress about landing a €10,000 contract, while simultaneously wasting €10,000 in lazy overheads. He was filling the bucket while leaving the plug out.
In every transaction, there is risk. Usually, the business forces the Customer to carry 100% of the risk. To dominate a market, you must flip this equation.
The goal of the first transaction is not Profit. It is Acquisition. If you can turn a prospect into a customer—even for €1—you have won the war.
The market assumes you are good. "Quality" is not a differentiator; it is the entry fee to the game.
Most business owners sit and wait for the phone to ring. Strategists go to where the phone is already ringing.
If you have a 30% margin and you discount your price by 10%, you now have to sell 50% more units just to make the same money you made yesterday.
People want to do business with an Expert. The Expert is not the person who shouts the loudest. It is the person who answers the question the clearest.
"Welcome to [Company Name]. We have been in business since 1995." This is not marketing. This is a brochure. And brochures do not sell.
Over 80% of all sales occur between the 5th and 12th point of contact. If you stop after one call, you are handing the commission to your competitor.
If you cannot differentiate yourself, you are a commodity. And commodities are bought based on one thing only: Lowest Price.
If you are running a business on a 10% net margin, every €1 you waste in costs requires you to generate €10 in new sales just to break even.
If you try to double your turnover with a broken engine, you just double your headaches. You double your staff costs, your risk, and your stress.
A business owner shows me their Facebook page with 200 likes. My question is always the same: "Can you deposit those likes in the Credit Union?"
Your website is like a lazy salesperson named Dave. He speaks to 1,000 customers a week but ignores 98% of them. Would you keep Dave on the payroll?
There are two types of financial professionals. You likely have the first one. You desperately need the second.
You wouldn't put a car on the forecourt with the Engine Management Light on. So why are you driving your digital traffic to a website that has broken lights?
