CONTENT STRATEGY
Stop "Posting." Start "Answering." (The 20-Question Protocol)
"I need to be on TikTok." "I need to blog." "I need to post on LinkedIn." I hear this panic from business owners every day. They are churning out noise—pictures of their staff, company anniversaries, or generic updates.
This is Content Clutter. It generates "Likes" (Vanity), not "Leads" (Sanity).
At Incrementum, we use a sniper approach to content. It is called the 20-Question Protocol.
The Psychology of the Search
When a high-value prospect goes to Google, they are not looking for your company history. They are looking for an answer to a specific pain. People want to do business with an Expert. The Expert is not the person who shouts the loudest. It is the person who answers the question the clearest.
The Protocol
You don't need a creative agency. You need a piece of paper.
Step 1: The "Asked" 10
Write down the top 10 questions your customers actually ask you face-to-face.
- "How much does it cost?"
- "How long does installation take?"
- "What happens if it breaks?"
Step 2: The "Should Ask" 10
Write down the 10 questions they should be asking if they knew what you knew.
- "Why is the cheapest quote often the most expensive?"
- "What are the hidden compliance risks?"
Step 3: The Asset Creation
Do not write a 2,000-word essay. Take your smartphone. Record a 90-second video answering ONE question. Upload it to YouTube. Transcribe it for your blog.
Why This Works
If you record these 20 videos, you flood the internet with Utility, not Marketing. When a prospect watches 3 of your videos answering their specific fears, they have already "bought" you before they even call. They are 5 to 20 times more likely to act after watching video content.
Stop trying to be an Influencer. Be the Authority.

NEXT STEP: Don't guess. Run the diagnostic on your site today.
