Looking for a business consultant in Ireland?
Most owners who type that into Google do not want a consultant. They want the problem gone. Here is how I go about that, and what it costs to find out.
Start with two free hours, not a proposal
I am Ray Costello, founder of Incrementum. I work as a business consultant and Fractional COO with owners across Ireland, from start-ups and one-person businesses to established firms with a management team. Every engagement starts the same way, whatever your size: a free two hour Business Health Check, in person or online. We go through your numbers with the Profit Simulator and your website with the Website Health Check, and you leave with a written action plan. Nobody is sold anything in the room. Most owners take the plan away and get on with it, and that is a good outcome.
Then two ways forward, and no third
If you want more than the plan, there are two ways I come in, and you choose. Work with me: you run the business, I run the plan, with a fixed monthly arrangement priced for a business of one to ten people. Work alongside me: I come into the business for the days you need, as your Fractional COO, and develop it with you. Neither is open ended. Both have a start, a price and an end, and you can stop at any point.
What kind of consultant this is
I spent thirty years in the motor trade in all, running dealership sales and aftersales operations and then in senior roles with Opel and GM, before founding Incrementum. What that gave me is not theory. It is the habit of reading a business from its numbers and its customers, finding the one or two things that are quietly costing it money, and fixing those first. I have done that for micro businesses, small and medium firms and large organisations, and the method is the same at every size. Where I work
Incrementum is based in Ireland and works with owners across the country, in person in Dublin and the surrounding counties and online everywhere else. The free two hours works either way.
What I measure
Profit and enquiries, not activity. Before we start you will know where the business stands. After, you will know what moved. At the end of the following quarter we look again, once things have settled. If the word you were about to search was coach, read this first.
